Fall Meeting
The Committee of Banking Institutions on Taxation (CBIT) presents the 2011 Fall Meeting.
Details:
Place: Fox Hollow Golf Club
Date: Thursday - September 22, 2011 Directions Cost: $125 for Members/Substitute and $250 for Guests
Attendees can begin "check-in" at 9:00 AM. The driving range and practice green will be available from 9 AM. This year's meeting will also include a Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) presentation from PWC. The focus of the presentation will be an update from Dominick Dellimperio on the lessons learned in Phase 1 and what we expect to be the hurdles in phase 2. The presentation will run from 10 AM to 11:30 AM, with a buffet breakfast served beginning at 9:45 AM.
Golf is scheduled to begin at 12:15 PM with foursomes teeing off in a "shotgun start". Golf will be followed by a cocktail reception and buffet. The festivities will conclude with the awarding of prizes.
The Fall Outing is another opportunity to get better acquainted with FATCA, "network" with fellow tax professionals, reward individuals within our organizations for a "job well done" and to introduce fellow practitioners to our organization. Substitutes for members are permitted up to the total number of memberships owned by a CBIT participating institution.
To reserve a place at the Fall Outing, please register by clicking the button at the bottom of the page. The form will allow for you to list the players you want to be matched up
